 Brandon Demings is an accomplished construction professional and a committed advocate for equity and inclusion in the building industry. With over a decade of experience managing commercial construction projects across Texas and the southern United States, he brings a strong background in operational leadership, program management, and safety compliance. His work spans retail, institutional, and community-driven developments.

As former Vice President of Operations and DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) at Packard Building Service, Brandon led strategic growth initiatives and implemented inclusive procurement practices that created opportunities for minority- and women-owned business enterprises (MWBEs). He has a proven track record of building diverse project teams and fostering environments where equitable partnerships can thrive.

Beyond his direct project work, Brandon collaborates with innovative businesses, entrepreneurs, and mission-driven organizations to support equitable economic development. He is passionate about creating pathways for underrepresented contractors and professionals to access resources, networks, and opportunities in the construction and real estate industries.

​Brandon’s leadership extends to civic and industry boards, where he continues to champion minority participation, workforce development, and supplier diversity. His role with NAMC DFW reflects his unwavering commitment to leveling the playing field and advancing systemic change in the industry.

Veronica Murphy
Vice President - K Strategies 
​Executive Board Member: Treasurer ​

Veronica Murphy is an experienced business diversity leader with over 12 years of expertise in managing minority- and woman-owned business enterprise (M/WBE) programs for major construction projects. As Assistant Vice President of Diversity at K Strategies, she has successfully overseen M/WBE initiatives that consistently exceed participation goals, including managing the $1.1 billion Dallas College Bond Program and the $1.6 billion Dallas ISD Bond Program. With a strong focus on community engagement and contract compliance, Murphy has cultivated relationships with minority chambers of commerce and contractor associations to grow the capacity of small businesses. She has been recognized for her leadership and was named the 2022 Established Service Firm of the Year by the Regional Hispanic Contractors Association. Murphy is also a certified Master Compliance Administrator (MCA) and serves on the board of the National Association of Minority Contractors (NAMC).

Evelyn L. is President, and chief executive officer of All Janitorial Professional Services, Inc., a major janitorial service, and supply corporation serving commercial, industrial, and
construction clients throughout the State of Texas and Oklahoma.

Evelyn is responsible for providing strategic direction and guidance for all Corporate Operations of All Janitorial Professional Services. She has continued to strengthen the
company’s industry leadership since the beginning in 1992. All Janitorial has been widely acknowledged for its commitment to total quality service.

​In addition, All Janitorial Professional Services (AJPS) has been ranked as the:
*12th fastest growing company in Collin County on the 2006 Comerica Collin County 60.
*AJPS was also named as: Luna Stablished Service Firm by RHCA in 2015
*AJPS was named as: Pillar Award for Service Firm of the year by RHCA in 2018
* Evelyn was also named by the Plano Chamber of Commerce as the recipient of the Fred
Moses Minority Business Development Award in 2006
*She is also a 2003 graduate of the Plano Chamber’s Leadership Plano.
* Evelyn was named the MWBE- E Awards from DFW Minority Council in 2018 Evelyn believes in giving back to her community and supports organizations, such as the Plano, Dallas, McKinney & Frisco Chambers of Commerce, and the Plano Symphony Orchestra.
Evelyn Molina serves on the Board of Directors for DFW Minority Council since 2018 to present and serves on the Board of Directors for RHCA since 2016 to present. A graduate from South Garland High School, she then attended both Richland and El Centro Community Colleges pursuing a Registered Nurse Degree.

Hector Fino

Construction Operations Director - Flint River Logistics, LLC.
NAMC DFW Board Member
Hector Fino is a Construction Operations Director and founder of Flint River Logistics LLC, bringing together over 20 years of military leadership and construction expertise. His methodical approach to operational excellence drives business growth and profitability through process improvement and increased accountability.

As founder and leader of Flint River Logistics LLC since 2017, Hector directs a full-service construction management firm specializing in federal, military, and commercial projects.
Under his leadership, the company has successfully executed numerous significant projects, including the multi-million dollar national historic restoration of a federal presidential house to date of the 1930s with the National Parks Service.

While building Flint River Logistics, Hector has simultaneously managed major developments, serving as Owner Representative on a $260M dual-tower condo
development in Dallas. He held key leadership roles in a Fortune 100 Data Center project, where he oversaw construction operations and managed project requirements to ensure successful delivery. His extensive experience includes work on various commercial developments across the Southern United States.

Hector's 20-plus years of service as an Infantry Officer provided him with extensive experience in managing operational planning, developing large-scale training exercises, and coordinating resources across multiple international locations. These skills form the foundation of his approach to construction management.

​A graduate of Midwestern State University with a B.S. in Criminal Justice and a Project Management Certificate from Syracuse University, Hector's distinctive blend of military
leadership, construction expertise, and entrepreneurial acumen establishes him a s a trusted leader in federal contracting and construction operations.

Jennifer Lacy

Director of Building Forward® and Lean Practices

Jennifer Lacy serves as the Director of Building Forward® and Lean Practices at Robins & Morton, where she leads strategic initiatives focused on continuous improvement, learning, and cultural transformation across the organization. With a deep commitment to equity, inclusion, and industry advancement, Jennifer integrates Lean principles with knowledge management strategies to foster collaboration, elevate team performance, and ensure that critical insights and best practices are captured and shared across projects.
As a national speaker, published author, and co-chair of Lean Congress 2025, Jennifer actively contributes to industry innovation and leadership development. She is a founding force within the Lean Construction Institute’s Dallas-Fort Worth Community of Practice, where she works to create inclusive environments that support meaningful dialogue and long-term change.
In her role on the Board of Directors for the DFW chapter of the National Association of Minority Contractors, Jennifer brings her passion for people-centered practices, cultural alignment, and knowledge transfer to support the empowerment and success of minority-owned businesses in construction. Her work reflects a belief that sustainable progress happens when people feel safe to share, learn, and grow—together.

Kay Brown-Patrick

Assistant Executive Director - City of Arlington

Kay Brown-Patrick is a certified economic developer with over 15 years of experience in economic development, specializing in local government. She has been instrumental in driving economic growth, supporting small businesses, and enhancing the quality of life for the communities she has served in the North Texas region.

Kay currently serves as the Assistant Executive Director for the City of Arlington. She holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Public Administration from the University of North Texas. Recognized for her contributions to the field, Kay remains committed to strategic growth and innovation in municipal economic development.

 Tara Davis
President - Para Consulting Services

​Communications Committee Chair

Tara Davis is a dynamic leader with a proven track record of success in the church, the community, and the marketplace. Her professional journey spans various industries,
including administration, insurance, and education. In 2006, Tara co-founded ETD Services, LLC, a construction firm where she served as Executive Vice President, managing the administration and financing of multi-million-dollar projects annually.

​In 2014, Tara became the President of Para Consulting Services, a project management and real estate services firm based in McKinney, Texas. Under her leadership, Para
Consulting Services has proudly supported several local organizations, including The Urban Alternative Texas A&M System, Tarrant County Community College, and TX DOT.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Tara remains dedicated to ministry, actively serving and continually developing her leadership skills within the church. She also invests her time supporting married women through Modern Eve and contributes to strengthening marriages through her involvement with The Haven Marriage Center, Inc., a non-profit devoted to marriage enrichment. Her impactful service was featured in Dallas Southern
Magazine.

Tara is married to her college sweetheart, and together they are raising three wonderful children. Her commitment to faith, family, and service continues to inspire those around her.

                                Jimmy Porch

Jimmy Porch started Myriad Roofing & Waterproofing with a single truck and a big vision: to raise the standard for roofing services in the Dallas–Fort Worth area for both residential and commercial clients. Today, Myriad operates with multiple crews and has served hundreds of satisfied customers—including high-profile clients such as AT&T, Comerica Bank, DART, the City of Tyler, Dallas College, and Dallas County.

A hands-on leader, Jimmy remains closely involved in every project to ensure it meets his high standards of craftsmanship and professionalism. He is deeply committed to dependable service, sustainable materials, and honest business practices—values that have earned Myriad a trusted reputation throughout North Texas.

Originally from Syracuse, NY, Jimmy is a proud U.S. Air Force veteran. He holds a B.S. in Management from Park University and a Master’s in Communications & Leadership from Seton Hall University. Beyond his work at Myriad, Jimmy actively contributes to the industry by serving on the boards of the North Central Texas Roofing Contractors Association and the Roofing Contractors Association of Texas.

                               Clint Binkley
                        Vice President, Operations - AECOM Hunt
​            NAMC DFW Education and Training Committee Chair

​Clint has 26-years’ experience working in the construction industry, with 24 of these years being with AECOM Hunt. Clint’s primary focus has been with higher education campuses and hospitality/residential projects, including both new construction and renovation projects. The majority of Clint’s experience has been completed within the State of Texas, which brings a great value to the projects he is a part of, as he
understands the jurisdictions and regulations in the region, as well as the material and subcontractor markets. Clint is a strong communicator/coordinator and will be a crucial member of the project team, delivering a final project that is not only constructed within the budget and schedule, but also of the highest quality to the client and end users. Clint is a Project
Management Professional (PMP), a LEED Accredited Professional - U.S. Green Building Council, Six Sigma Greenbelt, and he ​is also OSHA Construction 10/30 Hour trained.

 Ufuoma Umudi is an accomplished construction professional with over 15 years of industry experience. He began his career as a structural engineer before transitioning into construction project management, equipping him with a well-rounded expertise in both design and execution.
As the President and CEO of Ambercrest Construction, Ufuoma founded the company with minimal capital, wearing multiple hats in its early days to build a strong foundation. Today, Ambercrest is a rapidly growing general contracting firm, delivering high-quality projects across the commercial, retail, industrial, K-12, and government sectors.
Ufuoma holds a bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering and a master’s degree in construction engineering and management from the University of Texas at Arlington. He is also a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a LEED Green Associate, reflecting his commitment to sustainable and efficient construction practices.
​Passionate about the future of the industry, Ufuoma is dedicated to fostering the next generation of construction leaders, ensuring innovation and excellence continue to shape the built environment.
